개인정보처리방침
yummie!(이하 “서비스”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법
서비스는 회원가입·서비스 이용 과정에서 아래 정보를 수집합니다.

※ Apple 로그인 시 이용자가 “이메일 가리기”를 선택하면 Apple이 제공하는 비공개 릴레이 이메일이 수집될 수 있습니다.
2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 계정 관리, 로그인 유지
- 지도 기반 맛집 기록·공유, 주변 장소 검색, 핀 위치 자동 등록
- 그룹 내 콘텐츠(핀·리뷰·찜) 공유 및 작성자 표시
- 알림 발송(설정한 경우), 서비스 운영·개선 및 오류 대응
3. 개인정보의 보유·이용 기간 및 파기
- 회원 정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기하며, 복구할 수 없습니다. 탈퇴한 계정으로는 재로그인할 수 없습니다.
- 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠(핀·리뷰·사진)는 탈퇴 시 보존되며, 작성자 표시가 “(탈퇴한 사용자)”로 익명 처리됩니다.
- 관련 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방식으로 삭제합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 같은 그룹에 속한 구성원에게는 서비스 특성상 닉네임·프로필 사진·작성한 콘텐츠가 공유됩니다. 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우 예외로 합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

※ 위 수탁업체의 서버는 국외에 위치할 수 있으며, 이용자는 회원가입·서비스 이용으로 국외 이전에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 ‘마이’ 화면에서 프로필 수정이, ‘설정’ 화면에서 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)가 가능합니다.
- 위치·사진·알림 등 기기 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 변경·철회할 수 있습니다.
- 기타 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 및 접근 권한 통제(행 수준 보안 정책)
- 비밀번호 등 인증정보의 안전한 저장(해시 처리)
- 개인정보 접근 권한 최소화 및 접근 기록 관리

Privacy Policy
yummie! (hereinafter "Service") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and processes users' personal information as follows. Effective date: June 13, 2026
1. Collected Personal Information Items and Methods
The Service collects the following information during membership signup and service use.

* If the user selects "Hide Email" during Apple login, Apple's private relay email may be collected.
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
- Member identification and account management, login persistence
- Map-based restaurant recording and sharing, nearby place search, automatic pin location registration
- Sharing content (pins, reviews, saved items) within groups and displaying author information
- Sending notifications (when configured), service operation and improvement, and error response
3. Personal Information Retention Period and Destruction
- Member information is destroyed without delay upon withdrawal and cannot be recovered. Re-login with a withdrawn account is not possible.
- User-created content (pins, reviews, photos) is retained upon withdrawal, with the author attribution anonymized as “(Withdrawn user).”
- Information required to be retained by applicable laws is stored for the applicable retention period.
- Destruction method: Electronic files are deleted in an irrecoverable manner.
4. Third-Party Disclosure of Personal Information
The Service does not disclose users' personal information to external parties. However, due to the nature of the service, nicknames, profile photos, and created content are shared with members of the same group. This does not apply if there is a legal basis or a lawful request from law enforcement.
5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
To provide seamless service, we entrust personal information processing as follows.

* The servers of the above service providers may be located outside the country, and users are deemed to have consented to international transfer by signing up and using the Service.
6. User Rights, Obligations, and Methods of Exercise
- Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
- Profile editing is available on the 'My' screen, and account deletion is available on the 'Settings' screen within the app.
- Device permissions such as location, photos, and notifications may be changed or revoked in device settings at any time.
- Other requests should be directed to the data protection officer below, who will respond without delay.

- Transmission encryption (HTTPS) and access control (row-level security policy)
- Secure storage of authentication information such as passwords (hash processing)
- Minimization of personal information access rights and access log management
